Harley Sisler

 

Harley Sisler serves as Vice President at ERES Capital and is a third-generation real estate investor, contractor and entrepreneur. Prior to his time at ERES Capital, Sisler co-founded and was partner at Third Wave Development, a real estate investment and development firm focused on the hospitality, healthcare and education markets based out of New York, NY.

He formerly ran point on acquisitions, assemblage and development for Sisler Development Corporation where he oversaw the successful acquisitions of numerous urban in-fill assemblages and led the entitlement process of an approximate 475+ student beds and a 21-story mixed-use residential tower in downtown New Brunswick, NJ.

In addition to his real estate development role, Sisler directed operations of a 300+ bed, scattered site, off-campus housing portfolio at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Prior to his real estate career, Sisler spent five years at Morgan Stanley in NYC, where he managed client assets and liaised with Morgan Stanley’s private and investment banks.

He holds a BS in Business from the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University.
