Bob has over 40 years of experience in real estate and business acquisitions. His extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate development provides ERES clients with a world class resource to guide them through projects of all sizes including both pre- and post-development challenges. In addition to his work with ERES, Bob is the owner of Bradley Investors, a commercial real estate investment and management company located in Denver, CO. Earlier in his career, he was a partner in Tycon Developers for over 15 years and participated in the development of over one million square feet of office space in the greater Washington, DC area. During that time, he was also a partner in the law firm of Lewis, Mitchell & Moore, practicing in the tax, real estate and business fields.
