Lora Hall

 

Lora Hall has proven to be a valuable asset to the ERES Project Management Team, utilizing impeccable organizational and communication skills to manage project development functions from beginning to end.  Her wealth of knowledge in all facets of the construction industry continually allows her to bring new insights and creative solutions to projects big and small.

Since 2004, Lora has filled several roles that contribute to her current success.  Prior to joining ERES, she served as the Senior Project Manager to two Fort Worth based companies, Trademark Property and Domeo Construction.  Here, she managed both general contractor and client construction from conception to final CO, which included effectively coordinating both the internal and external work force, overseeing project scope, budgets, and schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring that projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner.  Additionally, Hall is the owner of Trinity Construction and has served as both an instructor and the Department Chair of Interior Design at Wade College, as well as the Director of Interior Design at GL Barron.

During her career, Lora has undertaken many sizeable and successful projects, totaling over $66 million, across the state of Texas.  These projects include the construction of a $5 million, 180-unit apartment complex, The Colony Apartments, in Victoria, the $4 million, 18,000 SF First United Methodist Church of Coppell, the $37.5 million, 172,000 SF Inspiring Body of Christ in Dallas, and the $800,000 3,000 SF Willow Creek Medical Facility in Weatherford.

Lora received her BA in Interior Design at The College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma.
