Jennifer Koehlinger began her career with ERES in 2017. Her extensive background in customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for every client have made her a valuable asset to the entire ERES Project Management team.
Jennifer’s strong organizational and interpersonal skills, partnered with her positive attitude and tenacity, quickly escalated her into a property management position overseeing a 168-unit complex. She went on to serve as ERES’s Assistant Regional Manager, participating in the growing Property Management division through the acquisition of a 6-property portfolio in December of 2021. From there, Jennifer continued to impress, receiving a promotion to Operations Manager in 2020 and, eventually, elevating to her current role as the Director of the ERES Property Management division.
Originally from upstate New York, Jennifer now lives in Fort Wayne, IN with her husband and two children.
