Amy Walker joined ERES in 2021. In her role as a Corporate Project Manager, she supports a range of corporate initiatives, with a primary focus on partnering with the ERES Capital team. Amy manages the financial, legal and operational aspects of real estate development and investment projects, overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure investment objectives and performance targets are achieved. She also plays a key role in investor relations, preparing analyses and reporting to enhance transparency and communication with partners.
With 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Amy offers a strong background in project management, client services, and operational leadership. Before joining ERES, she served as a Regional Manager of Client Services at CBRE, directing brokerage support operations across Colorado and San Diego. Earlier in her career, she worked across multiple brokerage service lines, including Land Services, where she provided operational and financial support for transactions totaling more than $1 billion.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, trail running, and traveling with her husband and their two dogs.
