Tom Bradley

Since its inception, ERES Companies (ERES) has experienced consistent revenue growth and dynamic brand expansion, both of which are a direct result of Tom Bradley’s leadership. As President and Co-Founder of ERES, Tom has worked tirelessly to develop a business model that drives success, while upholding a mission and culture focused on clients, partners, employees, and the community.

His core expertise is enabling investors, companies, and developers to establish, grow, and manage their real estate portfolios, particularly in high growth secondary markets where opportunity prevails but infrastructure and on-the-ground support may be scarce. His professional approach is based on consultation – offering best practices insight and holistic support to realize strategic goals. Through the application of well-researched benchmarking, he aims to help transform business functions and strengthen the projects and companies with which he works.

Early in his career, he was recruited to join CBRE with the unique task of helping to launch the firm’s Energy Facilities Group. While in this role, Tom was struck by an overwhelming need within the energy industry. Particularly in rural locations, executives were struggling with how to effectively navigate market conditions, understand the available real estate opportunities and solve issues stemming beyond brokerage. Thus, the concept of ERES’ early business model was born and in 2014 Tom joined his colleague, Mike Elliott, to launch ERES.

What started as a few people at a kitchen table with a big idea has transformed into a full-service commercial real estate firm. ERES has completed successful projects in 28 states and eight countries, expanded to twelve domestic and international office locations, and diversified to six dynamic divisions.

Tom’s deep consulting experience has provided the direction and fuel for this exponential growth. The firm has earned several industry recognitions including Denver Business Journal’s Fast 50 and Small Business Award as well as ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Top Family-Owned Business. This progress can be attributed, in part, to his steady investment in ERES’ core business units and cross-selling within ERES’ Fortune 500 client base. Professionally, Tom was recognized in 2020 as a top 40 Under 40 business executive by the Denver Business Journal
