Stephanie Corbett joined ERES in early 2016. In her role as Associate Broker, she generates new business and delivers core brokerage services (Site selection, land and facility acquisition, leasing, build to suit, sale/lease back, investment sales and dispositions) under the direction and support of the managing broker.
Prior to joining ERES, Stephanie was with Stanberry & Associates, a residential and commercial real estate firm based in Austin, TX. While at Stanberry, Stephanie assisted clients and real estate brokers in all facets of the real estate listing process from completing listing agreements, leases and other critical documents, to marketing and integration with various listing software and business development tools. She successfully implemented transaction training programs for brokers and other staff to ensure seamless client interactions and customer support. While in Austin, she also served as the Chief of Staff for the President of the Austin Board of Realtors for several years.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with degree in Advertising and Business Foundations. She lives in Denver where she enjoys yoga and hiking. Stephanie is an avid animal lover and supports many canine rescue organizations.
