Russell Clark

Russell Clark joined ERES’ Project Management Team to oversee their growing number of ventures in various sectors of the commercial real estate market.  His creativity, organization, and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable asset to ERES.

Russell’s 30 years of combined experience working as an architect, project manager, and property developer afford him a broad understanding of what it takes to execute a successful deal from start to finish.  Prior to joining ERES, Russell served as the Senior Project Manager to ECM International, Inc., heading project delivery for large public sector projects, including a 30-month construction deal valued at over $300 million.  Additionally, during his time as Senior Project Manager at Landry’s Development in Houston, TX, he has overseen the planning, design, and construction management of over 50 high-end restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.  This included the ground-up construction of two Houston restaurants, totaling over $20 million in site work and construction.

During his career, Russell has also overseen a variety of award-winning and complex projects, working directly with the City of Houston.  These projects include the construction of a $22 million, 2-level, underground garage, the $2 million rehabilitation of a 2-acre city park, the $165 million, 800,000 SF expansion of the city’s convention center, and the remodel and repairs of the performing arts facility, totaling over $10 million.

Russell’s clients appreciate his abilities to successfully orchestrate teams large and small, to think outside the box and provide creative solutions to dynamic problems, and to build rapport through consistency, collaboration, and communication.

Russell received his BS in Construction and Architectural Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi and went on to receive his Master of Architecture in Architecture at the University of Houston.
