Christina Brekel

 

Christina Brekel is an Assistant Project Manager with ERES’ Project Management team.  She brings an eclectic mix of project management, design, customer service and administrative experience to help ensure a seamless experience for ERES’ clients.

Christina’s career includes a variety of strategic project management roles.  During her tenure at ARC Integrated Program Management, she consulted with the Ritz-Carlton to improve brand expression and overall customer experience via improvements to various design, architectural and administrative elements.  In addition to the hospitality industry, she also has significant experience with single and multi-family residential and retail construction management and administration.  Her areas of expertise include warranty management, design and architectural administration, development and management of scopes of work, leasing, and serving as the primary liaison with key project stakeholders including superintendents, tenants and vendors.

Christina resides in Colorado with her husband, Tim, and two daughters Kayley and Rylie.  She is passionate about family and outdoor adventures, and is a member of the Parent Teacher Organization at her daughters’ school and a Board Member at their church.
