Chris Crnkovich is a commercial and industrial real estate advisor with ERES, focused on industrial, commercial, land, and development-related opportunities across Southwest Florida.
Based in Naples, Chris brings decades of experience across construction management, project execution, development planning, brokerage, and investment strategy. His background gives clients a practical perspective on real estate opportunities that require a clear understanding of feasibility, cost, execution, site strategy, and long-term asset value.
Prior to entering brokerage, Chris spent more than 25 years in commercial and industrial construction, managing projects for developers, REITs, and construction services firms. His experience includes ground-up development, adaptive reuse, large-scale rehabilitation, design-build delivery, tenant improvements, site development, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and full-cycle project execution.
Since transitioning into commercial real estate brokerage in 2002, Chris has advised clients on land acquisition, redevelopment, land-use strategy, brownfield development, tenant and landlord representation, sale-leaseback opportunities, site feasibility, and development-driven opportunities. In 2008, he founded Chiron Associates, Ltd., where he served as Managing Broker and Principal, advising clients throughout the greater Chicago region and Indiana submarkets.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and is licensed in Florida, Illinois, and Indiana.
