Anna Jensen brings over 15 years of multifamily, hospitality, office, and industrial asset management experience to the ERES team, where she currently serves as Director of Asset Management for the U.S. Territory. Since joining the company in 2024, Anna has played a key role in executing business plans and producing institutional-grade investor and asset reporting for a vertically integrated portfolio that spans new development assets, stabilized multifamily communities, and hotels across the country. Her strengths in investor communication, cross-functional leadership, and business plan execution have made her a valuable strategic partner to analysts, brokers, brand managers, and property teams alike.
Anna’s career includes leadership roles with national and regional real estate firms, including Scout Rock Capital, SERENE Multifamily, and Greystar, where she specialized in institutional operations and optimization of large portfolios—supporting more than 9,000 units at peak. She has overseen capital projects totaling over $87MM and managed portfolios exceeding $1BAUM. Her deep expertise includes acquisition underwriting, capital raise consulting, property repositioning, investor relations, and operational due diligence. With a strong foundation in asset management systems and performance strategy, Anna has also developed a private network of over 2,500 operators and launched a 60-day asset management master class.
Anna earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and holds multiple professional licenses, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Florida Community Association Manager (CAM), and Colorado Real Estate Broker. Her comprehensive background, industry certifications, and commitment to investor success make her a trusted leader within ERES Companies and across the real estate investment community.
