Clients and Colleagues: I am pleased to announce the launch of a new real estate company focused on delivering world class service to clients doing business in shale markets around the globe. Energy Real Estate Solutions LLC (ERES) provides development, investment, joint venture and other real estate advisory services to organizations seeking specialized, knowledgeable support in and around the world’s most active energy sites. Throughout my 20 year real estate career, I have collaborated with a variety of energy companies who share a common concern – as shale markets continue to become a larger and more meaningful part of the global energy outlook, real estate development and investment has become increasingly difficult and time consuming to navigate. The goal of ERES is to help organizations and investors maximize their real estate portfolio, while allowing their focus to remain on other key operational concerns. As Managing Principal of ERES, I am excited to bring my multidisciplinary energy and real estate experience to the market and am energized by the opportunity to engage with clients as a trusted advisor. Over the course of my career, I have completed over $4 billion in diversified national and international real estate transactions, spent significant time focused on real estate development and investment, and built full-scale brokerage teams. My last five years have been spent almost exclusively in the energy industry with a specific emphasis on key shale plays. I look forward to returning to the entrepreneurial side of the real estate business and leveraging my varied perspectives to benefit my current and future clients.
