ERES ANNNOUCES CRITICAL HIRE TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM
Lacey Hendricks joins ERES as primary liaison with Fortune 500 clients and other large property management projects
Energy Real Estate Solutions (ERES), a full-service real estate firm focused on North American energy markets, announced today that Lacey Hendricks has joined the company as a key member of its Property, Asset and Facilities Management team. Lacey’s immediate responsibility will be to serve ERES’ Fortune 500 property management clients in the Williston, North Dakota area with plans to increase the scope of her role to include the Colorado market and other large-scale property management projects in the future.

Lacey will manage over 150 housing units and other facilities for ERES’ largest clients, managing vendor and contract administration, preventive and ongoing maintenance, and general tenant and property services. Prior to joining ERES, Lacey worked with Tervita LLC in a similar capacity, facilitating housing for over 400 employees across numerous workforce and multi-family housing properties.
Lacey resides and works in Williston, ND with her husband, Will, and her sons Andrew and Jonah.
