The commercial real estate firm adds another location in Colorado further expanding its full-service platform to Western Slope clientele

DENVER, CO — November 17, 2020 — ERES, a full-service real estate firm providing brokerage, investment, development, property management, construction management, and consulting services to North and South American opportunistic markets, announced today that it has opened a new office located in Grand Junction to better serve clients on the Western Slope and mountain regions of Colorado. This marks the firm’s twelfth domestic and international office location, second in Colorado with headquarters in Denver.

To lead the new office, ERES has brought on Gabe Conner as Vice President of Construction. In this important role he will be responsible for Western Slope operations and managing and growing all aspects of the ERES construction division. Working closely with the entire ERES leadership team, Connor provides strategic direction for the market, while ensuring exceptional outcomes for all ERES clients. He joins the firm with over 19 years’ construction industry experience, bringing a high-level of sophistication and knowledge to each of his projects which results in on-time and on-budget deliveries.
