Partnering with the West Texas Food Bank in Midland, TX, ERES employees sorted and boxed nine pallets of food for underprivileged seniors in their local community area. Their efforts amounted to 272 26-pound boxes for a total of 7,702 pounds of food.

The Denver, CO team coordinated with Goodwill Industries of Denver to mentor young adults at the Career Education Center (CEC) Early College of Denver. Sharing job empowerment skills, ERES employees conducted resume workshops and mock interviews with hundreds of middle and high school students to improve their skills and help ready them for future employment opportunities.
