As details pertaining to COVID-19 and its impact on the global workplace continue to unfold, I want to take a moment to highlight our focus and dedication to the health and well-being of all ERES clients, tenants and staff.
At our offices, job sites and properties, we are following all local, national and industry-specific protocols for safety and cleanliness, as well as all guidelines surrounding social distancing. Wherever possible, we are encouraging and enabling employees to work remotely and explore creative ways to automate interactions that would normally be conducted in person. We have also instituted an employee illness response strategy and promoted a variety of virtual healthcare tools to help employees seek appropriate medical care without additional risk to themselves or their families.
This is an uncertain time for all of us. For many, the challenges of operating in this new, ambiguous environment may feel overwhelming, both personally and professionally.
