ERES Foundations highlights the firm’s focus on philanthropy and supporting local communities
DENVER, CO – January 31, 2019 – Energy Real Estate Solutions (ERES), a full-service real estate firm providing brokerage, development, property management, construction management, and consulting services to North and South American markets, announced today it has established a new corporate social responsibility (CSR) program. The new initiative, called ERES Foundations, is based on the firm’s existing efforts to support underserved populations in the communities where the company is based including Colorado, North Dakota, and Texas.
Highlighting the firm’s expertise in real estate, construction and consulting, ERES Foundations focuses on three main pillars of service, all of which center around establishing and maintaining self sufficiency including:
- Commitment to Safe Housing
- Commitment to Job Empowerment/Rehabilitation
- Commitment to Providing Life Necessities
“ERES has always been community minded,” said Tom Bradley, ERES President and ERES Foundations Leader. “But as our business grows, the imperative to formalize our commitment and highlight the collective impact of our employees became even more important to us. The creation of ERES Foundations keeps us motivated and accountable to the communities where we live, work and play.”
The formal announcement of ERES Foundations follows two organized giving and volunteerism events, which occurred in late 2018. In December, ERES collaborated with the Mile High United Way and Sheraton Downtown Denver to build bicycles, sew blankets and make sack lunches for local area charities including the Mile High United Way’s Children’s Holiday Party, Wish for Wheels and the St. Francis Center. In November, ERES teamed with food banks and donation-based groups across the US, including Food Bank of the Rockies and The Salvation Army, for a food drive. Over 275 pounds of food and $1,750 were donated.
