ERES partnered with a leading best-in-class operator in the education space, Imagine Learning.  We are seeking existing centers to acquire, as well as daycare sites to develop across the country.

Project Information

• Proposed childcare facility of at least 16,000 SF on a minimum of 3.00 AC
• Location:  Seeking existing centers or sites, preferably in the Southeast, but also considering sites nationwide

Investment Highlights

• The Imagine model integrates both self-directed, play-based learning and teacher-directed learning
• Employs a variety of learning domains, including Literacy, Language, STEAM, Approaches to Learning, Social-Emotional, and Motor Skills philosophies
• To be developed in an area of high residential growth with close proximity to other schools
• Site will have high visibility to commuter traffic and/or be located on frontage streets with high VPD averages
• 3.00 AC minimum
• Structure to be a minimum of 16,000 SF with zoning permittable for daycare/child care facility
