Austin Watson joined ERES in 2016. He is currently the Director of Development, bringing extensive experience to the ERES Capital and Project Management team, working on all phases of project and construction management. He is an indispensable asset to the team as well as every project he services.
Prior to ERES, Austin was Principal and Owner at ConstructiveRM, LLC, a construction and program management firm located in Denver, CO. Here, he attained a deep understanding of public sector clients and their unique construction challenges. Before that, Austin worked for ARC Project Management, where he was responsible for Wyoming operations.
Always putting clients first, Austin is known for his commitment to leading a project and enabling all aspects of project success, even if that means taking out the trash!
He is a LEED® Accredited Professional and has completed OSHA 10-hour training and PMI Level 1 Training.
