Cameron Webster joined ERES in 2019 and currently serves as an Associate Broker, providing trusted, timely, and strategic brokerage and financial support to clients, investors, tenants, and key stakeholders throughout all stages of a real estate transaction. Cameron has held a Colorado Broker’s license since 2015 and, following his relocation to Montana in 2023, is now also a licensed real estate professional in the state of Montana.
Cameron Webster brought to ERES a strong background in commercial real estate, having worked with SVN, Perry & Co., and Griffis Residential in various brokerage and transactional support roles. Over the past four years, he played a pivotal role as Transaction Manager, helping close more than 100 real estate transactions totaling over $120 million in value. He also led the creation of Market Valuation Reports for lease and sale across more than 150 properties on three continents, supporting clients from small businesses to Fortune 50 corporations. In addition, Cameron supported ERES Capital with Excel and ARGUS-based financial modelling to forecast cash flows for commercial assets.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. He is a member of the Bozeman Art Museum, Western Landowners Alliance, and the Dude Ranchers Association.
Originally from Bozeman, MT, Cameron returned to his hometown after nearly a decade in Denver. He is passionate about historic preservation, western art, skiing, and horseback riding.
