Pete Dordick joined ERES Capital in 2019 as Senior Vice President, bringing an over 30-year background in business and real estate development that spans numerous geographies including North America, Latin America, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Working across multiple asset classes and markets, he is primarily responsible for development projects, client management, and originating, structuring, underwriting and executing debt & equity for ERES and 3rd party/fee funding.
Prior to ERES Capital, Pete has held leadership positions at Legends, JLL, HVS and Paragon Builders & Porchfront Homes. As a private consultant he has worked with tent-pole brands Dallas Cowboys, NY Yankees, Orlando Magic, and Virgin Group, technology leaders IBM and Panasonic, world renowned hotel brands Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, Hard Rock, MGM and Hyatt, major financial companies The Blackstone Group, Softbank and Lindsay Goldberg, and educational institutions The University of Colorado, Metropolitan State University and The Community College of Denver. In addition, Pete has owned and operated commercial and residential construction companies and developed hotel, resort, office, retail, mixed-use, residential and entertainment projects.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, and the University of Denver School of Law, he was a Congressional intern and interned at the 20th Judicial District in Colorado.
