Denver, CO — February 24, 2020 — Energy Real Estate Solutions (ERES), a full-service real estate firm providing brokerage, investment, development, property management, construction management, and consulting services to North and South American energy and opportunistic markets, announced today that President Tom Bradley has been selected as a 2020 40 Under 40 award winner by the Denver Business Journal.

Each year the Denver Business Journal recognizes forty of the best and brightest young leaders in the Denver metro business community for its 40 Under 40 awards program. The winners, all under the age of 40, were chosen from over 400 nominees by an editorial panel of judges who scored across three categories:

  1. Leadership: Has the candidate proven themselves as a leader of their organization and the business community at large?
  2. Company Contributions: What new systems and/or innovations have they created within the organization that contributes to the company’s success?
  3. Community Involvement: How do they give back and are changing the community at large?

Bradley has spent nearly his entire career entrenched in business communities with interests in global and domestic energy markets. His intimate knowledge of the challenges that face companies operating in these rural markets is the primary driver for launching ERES in 2014. Since inception, the firm has experienced an incredible 1500% revenue growth and dynamic brand expansion, both of which are a direct result of Bradley’s leadership. He has worked tirelessly to develop an innovative business model that drives corporate success, while upholding a mission and culture focused on employees and the community.

In 2018, Bradley turned his vision for giving back to the communities where ERES lives and operates into reality when he spearheaded the launch of ERES Foundations, the firm’s corporate social responsibility program. Serving as Chairman, he works tirelessly to grow and expand community volunteerism efforts that support three pillars: (1) safe housing, (2) job empowerment and (3) achieving independence through life necessities.

“It’s truly an honor to be named a 40 Under 40, joining an esteemed group of Denver’s most dynamic and accomplished business leaders,” says ERES President Tom Bradley. “Denver is not only where we founded ERES, but also where all three of my children were born and being an integral part of this community is very important to me. It feels amazing to be recognized but this was absolutely a team effort that could not have been accomplished without contributions from the entire company.”

This year’s recipients were honored at a special awards reception on February 12th where 40 Under 40 alumni Governor Jared Polis (c/o 2000) addressed the crowd of next generation community leaders.

The Denver Business Journal published a special section featuring the 2020 40 Under 40 award winners on February 14, 2020. To view all of this year’s recipients, please visit bizjournals.com.
