ERES Capital is the developer, sponsor, and co-owner of the Tempo by Hilton Fort Myers, a planned 175-key lifestyle hotel located in Historic Downtown Fort Myers, Florida, at the
corner of First Street and Jackson Street. The project will span approximately 78,000 square feet across eight stories, with construction scheduled to break ground in Q1 2026. Designed to deliver a premium guest experience, the hotel will feature a rooftop pool, rooftop bar and lounge with water views, fitness center, restaurant & café, and 2,000 square feet of meeting space.
